I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional.
I have a passion for helping people. I want to see you survive and thrive. I do a holistic approach for therapy, rather than just labeling symptoms/disorders. I believe in looking for the root cause and evidenced based treatment. I have been serving clients since 2004. Prior to going in private practice, I worked for two agencies for six years doing parent education, family support work, and mental health. I have a special place in my heart for helping Veterans. My father and my late uncle are both Vietnam Veterans. I have extensive experience in women’s health issues and weight problems.
